RICS Home Surveys & Valuations
Instructing OpenHouse Surveyors will make the purchasing process of property a less daunting experience, the Building/Home survey will include a thorough external and internal inspection of the property, resulting in a comprehensive report. Regulated by RICS, all findings are reported using a condition rating traffic light system. The report will be written in a clear and concise way, using digital photographs to clearly illustrate our findings.
